Day 1: Q.A.I Airport – Amman City Tour
Arrive at Queen Alia Int'l. Meet, Assist & then transfer to your hotel in Amman for a short rest. Then, tour the city of Amman starting with the downtown area, the oldest part of Amman, which is crowned by the Citadel, which offers a panoramic view of the whole city. Here one can also see the ancient ruins of the Temple of Hercules that dates back to (AD 161 – 180), the Byzantine Church, and the fascinating Archaeological Museum which houses an excellent collection of the antiquities of Jordan. At the foot of the Citadel is the 2nd century AD Roman Theater, still used today for cultural events. Back to your hotel.

Day 2: Amman – Jarash - Dead Sea (Swim) - Amman
After breakfast, transfer to Jarash, the best-preserved Roman city of the Decapolis. Entering the city through the monumental South Gate, one comes upon the lovely Oval Plaza, the Temple of Zeus, and the South Theater, which seats more than 3,000 spectators. Walking through the Colonnaded Street, one can see the Market Place, the Omayyad residential quarter, a 4th century AD cathedral, St. Theodore’s Church, the Nymphaeum, and the North Theater. Continue to the Dead Sea (the lowest point on the earth) to enjoy swimming and floating on its salty water. Return back to Amman.

Day 3: Amman - Mount Nebo - Madaba - Mujib Valley - Kerak - Petra
After breakfast, drive to the rose-red city of Petra along the Kings’ Highway. En route stop at Mount Nebo, which dates back to the time of the Prophet Moses, around the 12th century BC. It is believed to be the site of the Prophet’s burial place and the point from where he viewed the “Promised Land”. Visit the remains of the mosaic floors with stunning designs that feature hunting and pastoral scenes, found in the small church, built by the early Christians in the 4th century AD.
Continue to Madaba, home of the most famous Byzantine mosaics. Visit the greatest and most significant of all the city’s treasures, the wonderful mosaic map of ancient Palestine, which is located on the floor of the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George. Continue via the fascinating Mujib Valley towards Kerak, where you will visit its imposing Crusader castle. Drive to Petra.

Day 4: Petra visit (Horse Ride) (Monastery) – Wadi Rum
After breakfast, visit the Red Rose city of Petra, which was carved out of the solid Rock before about 2000 years ago by the Arab Nabateans. Start the tour on horse-back till the Dam area, then on foot pass by the fascinating narrow gorge (the Siq), which is about one kilometer long and eighty meters high. Once of a sudden you will be facing Petra’s most famous monument the Treasury (el-Khazneh), continue on foot towards the Monastery (ed- Deir) passing by the Theater, Qasr el-bint, small houses and curved gates. From the top of the Monastery one can clearly view Palestine the blessed land, the whole area of Sinai & the shrine of the prophet Aaron. Drive to Wadi Rum, one of the world’s most colorful and unique landscapes of desert and mountain scenery.

Day 5: Wadi Rum - Jeep Tour – Amman
After breakfast, tour through Wadi Rum colored sands by Bedouin four-wheel drive vehicles for two hours. Then drive northwards to Amman.

Day 6: Amman – Desert Castles (Kharranah, Amra, Azraq) – Free Time for shopping - Amman
After breakfast, drive east of Amman towards the Desert Castles. Visit the fortress-like Qasr el-Kharaneh & the charming bathhouse complex of Qasr Amra. Then, continue to visit the marvelous castle of Azraq. Return back to Amman enjoy your free time in shopping.

Day 7: Amman – Q.A.I airport for departure
After breakfast, transfer to Queen Alia Int'l airport for departure.
